This website is operated by Angel Guss. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”
and “our” refer to Angel Guss. Angel Guss offers this website, including all
information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. SECTION 1: SHIPPING
Shipping time varies according to the item purchased. In-stock items will ship 3-7 business days after the order is made in the system. Out-of-stock items, made-to-order items or items that require re-sizing or customization of any kind will ship within 1-4 weeks. Once the item is shipped, the customer will receive a notification of shipment with tracking information.
All orders will be shipped via UPS, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Angel Guss is not liable for lost shipments when UPS’ tracking information states that the item has been delivered. Angel Guss is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to the purchaser not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues with the shipping company.
Angel Guss offers worldwide e-commerce services. For international orders, no GST/HST will be collected. However, please note that price of merchandise and shipping costs do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. For the sake of customs clearance, the order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Angel Guss is not responsible for any delays that customs clearance may engender. Any costs related to a refused delivery because of high customs brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items can be returned once, up to 14 days after tracking information states that the item has been delivered. Return attempts after 14 days will not be processed. If you need to return an item, please email customer.service@angelguss.com with the order number on the subject line, for further instructions. The cost of shipping of the returned item is the purchaser’s responsibility.
Once Angel Guss receives the returned item, an assessment will be done. If the returned item is saleable, the purchaser will be notified and receive a gift card with the equivalent balance. Shipping costs and taxes will not be reimbursed. The gift card generated as credit for returned merchandise has no expiry date; however, items bought with this gift card will be final sale, not eligible for another return.
If the returned item is found to be worn, damaged or altered in any way, Angel Guss, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to not process the return. In this case, the item can be re-shipped to the purchaser, at the purchaser’s own cost.
Gift cards and customized items (including re-sized rings) are non-returnable purchases.
Refunds are not offered by Angel Guss.
SECTION 3 - REPAIRS
Angel Guss carefully inspects every single merchandise prior to shipping. If you find that there is a defect in your item, Angel Guss will guarantee against defects for 14 days after date of delivery, determined by UPS’ tracking information. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we, in our own discretion, have reasons to believe that the item was intentionally damaged or misused.
If you need your item to be repaired, please email customer.service@angelguss.com within 14 days of delivery. Any repairs needed after 14 days can be accommodated; however, additional charges, and shipping and handling fees will apply.
